1st off, My husband and I moved in last August. That was a lovely day! It was 110 degrees outside and our airconditioning did not work. To make matters worse it took them a couple of days to fix it. Next, our appartment was infested with ants, that took them another couple of days to fix it. Our peep hole was broken, our sliding doors did not lock, one of our sliding doors did not shut at the bottom of the door frame, and our window screens did not align properly with the window frame so you could never open the windows to get fresh air because insects would get in. Our toilet constantly ran, no one ever fixed it. Some kind of orange scum collected in our corner of our shower because of their airconditioning system dripped from our ceiling. Some kind of system! One day I was trying to take a bath and the flippin water spout from the wall came flying off and a strong stream of water was shooting across the bathroom. Besides all these problems. The hoodlum kids that live in the neighboring apartment complex raid our large swimming pool in the second phase. Which is a huge problem because they like to destroy the lawn furniture and pee in our flowers and bushes. This usually ends with the cops coming and tellings us that they can't do anything because there is no way they can chase all of them. It has been simply an experience we will never forget. With all said, no wonder why management treats their customers with no respect, they have to deal with all these shady problems. Don't think you can get any help from them. They just want your money!

the hoodlum kids next door was my biggest issue. the apartment next door is section 8 and loud as hell (loud music, screaming, fights, breaking glass, car revving). the management of course didn't mention that we would be overlooking practically a juvenile detention facility. i awoke to flashing lights from cop cars on a weekly basis in the middle of the night. there was one domestic disturbance after another. no one seems to work over there so this seems to happen all day long.
