Don't move here...

When we first moved in and it was owned by AMLI, everything was fine. However, when the place was bought by Gardens, we began having issues. When we had maintenance issues, they either A) Did not ever show up, even after multiple requests or B) Failed to repair the same problem multiple times. In addition, they lost our deposit 3 different times. All three times we had to come up with proof that we had paid it. Then after move out, they still did not have the correct amount.
Also, after moving out, we were charged ridiculous prices for our carpet, which was not in bad shape. It only needed 1 stain cleaned, but then ended up charging us for dark traffic, excessive wear and tear, etc, which was something our inspection manager said would not be a problem.
Anyways, we found that the management were not very honest and we got the overall impression that they did not care much for the residents. Stay away.
