The management team really SUX. I gave a complaint on FEB 19th untill now its not fixed.They are very rude. I went to office and i called them many times, no use at all. They will make u feel bad, dont ever try to talk to the manager....she is horrible person.
Second problem is roaches....u cant get rid of them....they will be on ur bed, couch....
I would not suggest anyone sign a lease.

Agree, submitted a work order over 2 months ago, Called 2 weeks ago and was told the work order was never entered in the system even though I spent about 20 minutes on the phone with one of the staff. I'm not sure if the staff suffer more from incompetence or apathy. Either way, they're totally inept, except when billing you for fees. Also, A/C bill is outrageous for an apartment my size, the A/C runs all the time and it never cools down. This place needs to be completely rebuilt.
