This is the worst apartment you would want to live in especially if you are used to fast service. God forbid you want to move out !! This is the beginning of all the nigtmare. They will charge you 300 dollars more a month if you decide to do a month to month. They will skip all the apartment walk throughs intentionally - SO THAT THEY CAN DO IT WHEN YOU ARE MOVED OUT AND CHARGE outragious amounts.
If you do decide to move into this apartment, please make sure you take pictures of every corner in the house and report even a slight mark on the wall, carpet, window ... you get the point. Customer service is a foreign subject to the staff of this complex or should i say their company policy.
When it was time for my family to move out, even after thoroughly cleaning they still went back to find undusted corners, normal wear and tear areas of the carpet. For each of their findings they charged 50 bucks !!! You would think you are paying another months rent. They get a camera and take a picture from an angle to magnify every minute thing.
You will notice that most of the time, Police Officers are called to their offices to cool down tempers. I always thought the people were crazy. I never thought this could happen to me but it did. I am now helping the rest of you with my last words RUN BABY RUN RUN as far away from this apartment as you can unless ofcourse you have money to throw away.

Hmm...sounds familiar. I'm still paying off the debt from their outrageous charges and I moved out the beginning of August. Beware current residents, your happy experience will change the minute you try to move out!
