The experience I had was difficult from the being. I had to beg just about to see the model. The girl was very disinterested in renting the apt to us.
Once we decided to sign the lease this is where the real issues begin. We followed up about 4 weeks before moving in. We where advised every thing was on schedule. When we went back to confirm the address we where told the (original) apt had been rented!! No one had even contacted us.
In fact our information was not (even) in the system as having come in and signed up for the apt. We where then told we would be placed into another apt that was being vacated in a few weeks. We went back again to verify after being uneasy about the issue before. The apt had not been taken off the MARKET!! The apartments could not event find our file. They looked for over forty minutes before it was finally located.
We where assured yet again all was ok! The week we where to move in we went to the office to verify we would be pick up the key a day before the move, because the movers where coming early. They said ok and wrote it down.
Finial the day came to pick the key up and low and behold. They had no (idea) what we where talking about. The apartment (make ready) was not even completed!! We where told it was an issue with the carpet not being laid down. We had to reschedule the movers and the utilities had already been changed over. The next day we went to get the key and went to see the apartment. Guess what!! We had been (lied) to the carpet was just fine it was the (make ready) that had not been completed. It still was not completed!! It is not the apartments that are the issue they are very nice. It is the management or the lack there of!

The old management would have treated you like a sack of sh-- and it would have been much worse than what you experienced.

I really hope that you didn't move in. That was horrible customer service and probably a good example of what you would have to deal with once you sign the lease.
