I lived in this apts for 3 yrs and recently moved out because I bought a house. Yes you really need to clean your apt very well when you move out but it depends in what conditions are you leaving your apt and that happens everywhere. I only had problems with one of the staff and he is Mike he is an IDIOT!!!! but the other girls Calli and Roxy very nice. If you have any problems I'll recommend you to go directly to Ellen, she is the apt manager and she is GREAT easy to talk to and she will resolve your problem no matter what. If you have problems with roaches just call pest control and if there are noisy neighbors just call the office and let them know whats going on, next door apt complex hell yes !!! they are noisy and yes the kids like to hijack the pool there is nothing that the office staff can do about that just call the cops and they will come and remove them from the pool and apt complex, trust me I did it lots of time.... Also my Indian neighbors couldn't be more loud and noisy uhhhhhh..... after a couple of complaints they moved to a different building, I feel for there new neighbors. Ellen and the girls you guys are awesome !!!! thank you so much for helping me big time during my process of moving out. Thanks Guys!!!!

Ellen and Calli are the worst. These non- high school girls are rude and have no manners at all. Feels like as if we are at their mercy. Try to talk to Ellen.. she is always busy and never has time and you have to deal with Calli who thinks sitting in a room makes her the owner of the property. Wish these girls are out of this place !

You must feel fortunate that you're probably the first poster here without any complaints about the ridiculous move-out charges. You either have a money tree in your yard, or the office staff liked you enough for them to pass on your charges to the other tenants. Maintenance workers here scratched up my walls pretty bad when they replaced my water heater. I told the office what happened, but it wouldn't surprise me at all if they hold me responsible when I move out. They're all incompetent idiots.
