NOT a Nice place....too much noise and shoddy maint.

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
Noisy neighbors stomping up and down steps. Walls paper thin. Maintenance problems. Garbage disposal worked on 5 times. Do not get an apt with a fireplace above you it will leak. Has leaked 3 times. Water damage on wall and Ceiling. Mold in Shower, Bug problims/Ants and roaches.. Had termites and or Carpenter ants 6 times. AC/heater vents caked with dust and overall nastiness.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!
