I moved in just a couple of months ago, and I have to say that despite the outer apearances, these apartments are pretty nice. I have good neighbors, there isn't any crazy noise at night (it's actually pretty peaceful most of the time) and nobody that I have talked to here had anything bad to say. I haven't had to deal with the maintanance, but the leasing agent there is nice. I haven't met a manager there yet, which is kinda odd, but also I haven't had any issues that I would have to take up with a manager. Being an assistant manager in this business with another company, I can tell you that in this area, for the price, you can't get any better.
