We had the maintenance crew in the apt at least four times this summer before they decided we needed a new air conditioning unit. Meanwhile, the temperature inside the apt was well over 80 degrees. They were slow to respond and guaranteed the problem was fixed after each visit. The electric bills during those months was over $200 and the apartment was very uncomfortable to live in.

Parking lot has old cars in need of repair or towing. Laundry facilities have machines that don't work but you don't know that until after you put your money in. I've had clothes stolen from the dryer. I had a resident threaten to shoot me if I touched her laundry. I was removing it from the dryer in her absence so I could dry mine. Mail packages delivered to office on numerous occasions but they did not call the apt to notify we had received the packages. Sometimes they had been there for a week.

This is NOT a good place to live.

The office staff is nice, but they can only do so much. It doesn't compensate for the overall experience.
