I have questions for the management staff and some advice for possible renters

To Management:
Is the leasing quota down to where we have decided to rent to any low life, inconsiderate prospects out there'
As other posters have stated; Can the walls get any thinner' I know someone can hear my keystrokes while I am typing this review.
What happened to the letters advising tenants of all the rules around here' There are DEFINITELY some people around here that need to read some hell ALL of them.
To Possible Renters:
I never thought to post anything like this.
But since I am on this site checking info on other apartments, I thought I should list why I am desparately looking for a new one.
These apartments from the outside are okay.
I love the park like setting around here.
My rent very reasonable.
The area is not so bad either.
I have not had any problems with the staff and anytime I needed something done in my apartment I received prompt service.
However, the one mistake management is making is not screening these new residents.
I can already see that this place is going down and will not get better until the staff WAKES UP and realizes they have some resident problems around here.
So my best advice would be to make this place your very last choice or not at all.
