I have lived here for a year and a half, and have just signed another 12-mo.

lease.

The noise is bearable (and usually just on the weekends).

The trees are mature, and the yard is well established.

Neighbors are from every part of the globe, and are friendly as a rule.

This is my home, and I like it here.
