I have never seen such unfreindly management as Glen Arbour...on top of that if you try to address an issue, they will literally shut you off ...talk about rude and nasty then you should really come here and meet the property manager and her side kick assistant manager ...I have never seen such two face people in my life...Her supervisor finds it hard to beleive how she treats the tenants because she is "extemely" polite and caring infront of them and goes to neighborhood watch meetings...going to such meetings doesn't mean one cares, it could also mean " I want to impress by boss so I can get a raise/promotion"....if you go to their office for anything, you have to get the assistant manager's attention rather than her coming to you to help you...The day I first met her (assistant manager-atleast thats what she calls herself) until the day I left I have never seen her smile or be courteous...They don't know how to write legal documents and confuses tenants...The reason behind this long review is I don't want anyone else to go through as I did and many other tenants did in this complex. First impression is always most important and I made my mistake so please don't make yours by renting under this management!....
