I am moving out in about 3 weeks. They have had drugs and crime here, as well as a neighbor's car that got stolen and another friend's whose car was broken into there. The place is not secure, and early last summer most of the people living in the high-rise of the building were without electricity for at least 11 or 12 days!!! In August they converted to "condos" and have hardly sold any, the occupancy rate is way down judging from how dead it is around here, and my neighbor living below me got flooded out of his apartment on CHRISTMAS DAY!! Worst yet, from what I hear they are not even helping the flooded tenants with their property damage. The only thing done so far was to flooded people at a hotel and claim that they are being generous doing that. I give this place a big fat F, it's a poor excuse for a "luxury community" and the management service is terrible. Jill Dinella has been our manager, and she had lied to me twice about fixing my light fixtures, and no one has come by to fix them in over a month. I talked to Joan Maxwell the other day, but one of the recent flood victims on 1 said she has lied to them on at least 2 things. Like I say, a big fat F. Live somewhere else if you care about your personal property.
