Noisy,squeeky floors overhead, poor management, management shows favoritism,
car theft there, some bad neighbors there
and unruley kids, poor parking-allowed cars
there of people who did not even live there-
which made it not enough parking spaces for
people who paid to live there, neighbors allowed to BBQ on porches and few feet from
bushes-who often left the grills unattended,

Using BBQ grills on balconies and porches of apartments is a violation of the Irving Fire Code. If you see a violation, contact the police, and or fire dept., they will respond immediately, & follow up with the apt. management. You can remain annonymous.
