I have lived at Heather Ridge in July will be 5 years. This is the longest I have lived in any apartment complex. When I moved in, the Management staff were very nice and accommodating. I was very pleased. Then we had quite a few management changes from 1999 to 2001. I was very unhappy at that point and was starting to look for another apartment. Then the current management staff came to work there and immediately, there were major improvements. The landscape was kept up, we received notices regarding if there was anything they could do for you, and there were events planned for us which was a lot of fun. When you went into the office to drop off your rent or if you needed anything, they knew your name. No other manager or assistant manager has ever learned my name - they would only know me by my apartment number. That in itself means that the management people enjoy their job.

You also couldn't ask for a better maintenace team. They have immediate response to your needs - even if it is not an emergency.

I had looked at over 35 different apartment complexes when I was looking for an apartment and Heather Ridge was by far the best one. Like I said before, I have lived in a lot of different apartments and as long as this current team stays on board, I will live here.
