Ive been living here for a while now and I really havent had too big of a problem. Sometimes you can hear the neighbors for a brief moment. The one thing I would complain about is the small parking spaces, so if you have a truck or large suv you might be kinda packed in. The swimming pool is only like 5 foot deep so no diving and all that fun stuff. For the money its really not that bad of a place.
