While living here at heather ridge i have ccompletly enjoyed the quality of life they have to offer. With resident functions and an awesome staff i have grown to thinking of this apartment as more a home. Also when there is a problem i have always had immediate service from the best maintanace staff. I think that the price is right for the location and accomidations they have shown. Though people talk bad about this place it is generally because of there own fault. I pay my bills so i dont get any notices and generally i am not bothered by the noise from my upstairs neighbors cause i have lived in apartments from birth so i dont know why people complain about that but my suggestion would be to go upstairs to live and not stoomp around. Hope you are my neighbor soon.

I lived at Heather Ridge in 1984-1986. We leased it right after construction....we were the first tenants in our upstairs unit. Our fireplace had damage on the inside wall of the firebox. Management would not do anything about it. We were afraid to use it for fear embers would get into the back wall and cause a fire. We paid extra for a unit with a f/p and couldn't even use it. I'm sure management has changed multiple times in the 20 years since we lived there, but it sure sucked back then. They accepted pets with a deposit, which we paid, but were constantly harassed about our dog when we would walk him. We were questioned about what unit we lived in, how long we'd been there, etc. They thought we snuck our dog in, but he was registered on the lease and deposit paid. I hated living there back then. Noisy because of the airport runways being right across the road, too.
