I was recently told about this site and when i looked it up you could just imagine the surprise of all the lies. I have lived in Heather Ridge for a year. Never have i had any issues. My area is really quiet i have never had to complain once nor have the cops been called to the apartments for it to be refered to as the "ghetto". I am so amazed by just how much privacy we have to be living in an apartment. My other issue was how a comment was made about the late fees. As far as myself, i have never had to experience that seeing that i pay all my bills on time like they should be. Im sure we all have issues, but it is just known that if you are late on ANY payment there will be a fee. I also read about rats and roaches. I dont consider myself to me a neat freak, but my house is clean and well picked up. Common sense tells you that if you leave food out or dont clean after yourself you will be then just laying out a welcome rug for these things. So i can not say i have any of those issues either. I think it is really safe to say that in my year of being here i am extreemely happy with the apartments. It is always kept nice, not trashy and the lawn is always taken care of. They have made so many improvement is just my year of being here. And i do plan on staying here a few years longer. The entire staff including maintenance are all great and get things done in a timely manor.

To "truth", don't know what hole you are living in. Maybe H.H.has been overhauld (and anyone living there when I did knows they needed it)They had MANY problems there with apts and Management,police were called there,even was in paper about car theft there,unprofessioal management,LATE night office use,drunks,loud noises and on and on. Just wanted to mention a few to you so that you would KNOW THE TRUTH.

who ever you are you have problems.... I mean I havent even been here for a year and its great... To: Truth... Your exactly right, I love my apartmants!!!!! And talking about late night office use was maybe because we were having gatherings there!!! everyone was invited!!!! And maybe you wern't invited because ur one bitter SOB!!!!!!

How truth full is it now? Is graffiti the new look for decent apartments? The fact that hoodlums are breaking into the the washing machines? But I guess your right this is not ghetto, right?

Since when did Heather Ridge have washing machines? That's why they don't have a laundry facilty so that people don't come to our apartments to vadalize the place. I think that Heather Ridge is doing everything they can to keep those people away.
