First of all I have to say that the neighbors are wonderful. It is a very quiet community. There are a lot of children but, the parents take them to the lake to play so there are never kids running around unsupervised. You can actually hear a pin drop outside. Now for the bad.... There is a water pipe leak at least once a month and they have to shut the water off. And, you never know when it's going to come back on. Usually it will be off from the morning until sometimes 9pm. I have a small baby so it was very frustrating, you can't wash clothes, bottles, etc. Maintenance is great, they will come over a few minutes after you call. The office staff. Horrible. They are so rude. I don't know how they keep their jobs. The kitchens are so ugly. But the apartments are large w/ nice fireplaces. If they could get the pipes fixed once and for all, and hired new management. I would recommend it to others. Until then, it's really just a pain in the bleep. Honestly. Oh and before I forget....My friend was taking a road trip from New York to Mexico and stop in to visit. Someone stole his motorcyle from our parking lot. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

I am very sorry for your bad experiences! Greystar Management took over the community in November 2006.
