HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE APARTMENT COMPLEX, From: deeba.iqbal@gmail.com Date posted: 6/5/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008 1 response   Firstly, its ridiculous the way the management staff treats you. There is no respect for humanity at this apartment complex. Just because this apartment complex is populated with a particular type of ethinicity, there discriminate us. Make us feel like we are at their mercy. I want to sublease my apartment complex and NEVER in their HISTORY have there ever had a charge of $300 PER PERSON ON THE LEASE for a lease transfer. Plus this supposedly new rule was something that they never informed tenants about. Taking advantage of our situation, they imposed this new rule.Spoke in a very rude manner. Their treatment was customer haressment. Besides that, maintainence is not fulfilled at all. We signed up for a brand new apartment at this complex and when we entered our apartment was filled with dead and alive roaches, it took them forever to come and clean it, after repeated calling and requesting. The service is jus horrible and again no respect for humanity. I would not recommend anybody to this apartment complex.
