* The office restrooms will not have paper towels (they DO provide toilet paper, thank God!!). It has been like this for while... * Their "State of art Gym" has a door whose lock will not work (Good luck if you want to workout, you have to go there before 6 pm office close to get in there), TV does not work either, and the thread mills will slip often (so grab the handle all the time you are running). It has been like this since the new management took over about 4 months back...I have to get membership at LA fitness because of this * The children play area is the actually dog-poop area,..... * The 'renovation' means now half of the property is fenced and the other half remains open, a 'clock-tower' that does not work...and the gate that is open for most part of the day... * The coffee bar exists, but it rarely works (the water connection to the coffee machine is often disconnected)... * Be sure you factor in $50 to $70 for your water, sewerage and trash charges...this place has lots of underground leaks and guuess who have to pay for it' Its you Mr.Tenent! Add to it another $250 to $350 of electricty bills....if you need it to be low then you have yo pay $50 /month (called- GOLD/PLATINUM) to have the appliances upgraded! What a joke'!**
I am not sure why they need a 'business center', I dont think the residents of this area are that poor to afford a internet connection or a computer. I see the management staff there most of the time than anybody else...
Finally, its a good place by the park, otherwise its not worth living here with such an inept management and high rental costs.
