Wrongful Charges From: joneskrystalm@yahoo.com Date posted: 7/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I moved in expecting to be charged monthly for my electric usage, which is call sub-metering. After moving in about 3 weeks, I get a note on my door saying I have to pay $165 a month for electric. Which brought my monthly total to $740 a month! I call the Public Utility Commission, BBB, and the Tenant Assocication. They are very much out of line for making me pay this crazy amount! They have turned my electric off 3 times because I could not come up with the amount. I am a single mom of two and can not afford this! If anyone knows anything else I can do please let me know! Do not ever move into these apartments, they are very very rude!!! I had my friend call and act as if she was looking for a two bedroom and they told her rent was $675 a month all bills paid!!! I am so being screwed here!!!
