Old Apts..Very Nice Relaxed Beautiful Setting..Bad Staff.. From: ddude Date posted: 7/3/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   A very nice, Relaxed, Beautiful setting. Particularly the ones on the creek side are beautiful ( I lived in one on the creek side ). Very very nice floor plans for two bed rooms. One bed rooms in this property are not of my taste. Now the bad points..Very bad insulation..My power bill rung up $220 a month in winter. Very expensive property. No deals ever. Worst of all...Absolutely Worst Staff.
