Rats, Roaches and Poor Management From: loseminde22 Date posted: 1/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Do not rent, keep going you can find much better. No maintenance people, management doesn't care and apartments are not well maintained. I hate coming home to face the rat infested apartment. It's been 3 weeks and still no one has even bothered to do something about the bugs/rat problems. I will never rent in a Tonti Property again. Do not waste your time or money on this place.
