Trashy Neighbors. Puny, loud and expensive.

Over priced and small. Paper-thin walls surround the inefficient and awkward floorplans. Drafty and poorly insulated with vaulted ceilings all contribute to the $200.00 plus electric bills year round for under 700 square feet! Trashy, LOUD, foul mouthed, littering, shady, police-magnet neighbors who enjoy flying through the parking lot, boom boxes screaming, and using horns to summon friends all day and night. Crowded parking lots with cars parked on lines, etc. Staff is so useless, I am not even sure if they are still here. Another outstanding example of section 8 housing ruining an apartment complex already in big trouble.
