From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/2/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   I would not recommend this property to anyone. The insulation was horrible which made my electric bill sky high. The maintenace was almost non-exsistant. All you will be paying for is location (across the street from the Cowboys headquarters) if you live in the Highlands. The apartments are very old and have not been properly maintained. The size of the 2 bedrooms are a waste of money. There is also a very bad ant problem that no one seems to address at the property. I have almost been bitten alive some nights from having ants in the apartment. To wrap this all up I'll say to spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
