Horrible Managment Staff!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   The management team is very unorganized. They send out there water bills 2-3 days after rent is due and then when you finally get the water bill you have already recieved a past due notice on your door stating you haven't paid your water bill. If you want your bills to be paid in a timely manner then I suggest that you send out the bills in a timely manner. This is NOT just a once in a while occurrence it happens EVERY single month and I have lived there for one year!! I recommend that the owner of Tonti Properties reviews his management team.
