Can't wait to leave this complex

I'm not sure what has happened lately but in the last year or so I have noticed a steady decline in the types (character) of tenant's that are moving in to this complex. Frankly, I strongly suspect that this has become a Section 8 complex. Don't expect to sleep on Friday or Saturday nights, my neighbors bass is unbearable. Not to mention the neighbors who are talking so loud on cell phones that you can clearly hear them as they walk pass your unit. I've never seen roaches, though the ants are out of control during the Spring months.

I've tried since I've lived in the complex to have the over hang fixed in front of my door to no avail, when it rains I'm absolutely soaked trying to enter my apartment.

Overall, I will be leaving because of the new unseemingly residents that are moving in, the kids playing ball in the parking lot (fear that my car might evidentialy sustain vandalism). The GHETTO element. My downstairs' neighbor was outside fighting with his girlfriend (physical, I might add). I am too embarrassed to have guests these days, one never knows what to expect. I've noted the new management but at this point I just don't believe that things will turn around. Once a certain element moves in!

A certain element? Your ignorance is disgusting. I am not nor have I ever been on Section 8 but trust me ones level of class does not come nor go away based on government assistance. In my opinion you are lacking the very level of class that you complain about. You are right to move, if you don't like something or some place, that's you're right as a consumer but please don't be mistaken you are a resident that I would have no tolerance for... I don't discriminate against social status but ignorance is a different story!!!

It's true one's level of class is one's level of class. But he never mentioned the word "class" or "poor." Instead, he cited specific examples of "low class" (as in "rude") behavior that most would find aggravating in a neighbor.
