High Electric Bills Do Not Move Here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/1/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   Do not move here unless you want to pay $200 plus a month electric bills. Insulation must be non existent, I live in the smallest unit available (640 sqft)and my electric bill is always above $200. Even had to call the Texas Utilities Commision to complain that I was being ripped off by the electric company. Largest bill was $368 in August of 2005.
