Impressed From: tkredraider Date posted: 5/5/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   On Saturday morning I went in to drop off my rent check and discuss a few issues I had in my apartment. Garbage disposal, sliding door lock, toilet and to schedule my carpet cleaning. While I was there, the person in the office (sorry, I don't know your name) called the carpet cleaners and scheduled the day and time I requested. Made note of my 3 other issues and said it would be taken care of on Monday. I walked out very happy about setting the time of my carpet cleaning for the time I needed it to be done. I came home from work today (2 days later) and found that maintenance had replaced my disposal, replaced my sliding door lock and it appears that my toilet has been fixed. Haven't tried it yet. Gotta say, that I am very impressed with the speed and effort that the management took care of everything I spoke about. Outstanding job!
