Never Know Until You Try From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/7/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I was skeptical at first, but gave it a chance and I have not regretted once. All three members of the management staff are friendly and call you by name. I have only had a few minor maintenance issues and all were handled correctly that same day. My neighbors are great. I looked everywhere around the Valley Ranch area and the price plus the layout of my apartment were unbeatable.
