Watch out From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   For some reason the manager at this complex feels the need to raise your rent when you renew your lease by $25 more per month. I even threatened to leave and they still wouldn't budge. Since you have to notify them of non-renewal at least 60 days before your lease ends, I was not able to move. So just be aware of that when you move in.
