Look Elsewhere, Ineffectual Manager From: CapitalTime Date posted: 2/11/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I unfortunately lived next door to a very abusive individual. The manager initially promised to help me with the situation, stating that she would not renew the lease of this person. In fact, another complaint from another resident had indeed been lodged against this tenant. However, the situation never got any better. The problem tenant remained and when I threatened to not renew my lease the manager retorted "That's apartment living." I subsequently gave my notice and moved out.
