i moved here about 3 months ago and its fine it is very quite over here the managers are nice and polite the maintanence comes in a timely manner and the rent is cheap! for this to be my first apt i think the apts are fine. you only will see pest if you keep a nasty hz and i rarely see irving police dept out here i can go outside around 2 to 3 oclock in the morning and have no fear the apts are nice and i like them i think if you are considering to move here come check it out you just might like what you see!

Bulls--t! The property manager probably wrote this ridiculous review. The truth is, the Irving Police, and Dallas County Adult Probation cars can be seen on the property daily. This place, and the other neighboring properties on W. Walnut Hill Ln. are full of drugs and other illegal activity. The place is also a rundown dump full of section 8 and illegals.

Bullcrap! Quiet? Yeah right, when I lived there I called the cops at least twice a week because of noise. The management is rude, unfriendly, and clearly wrote this review. The Irving Police told me PERSONALLY that this was one of the apartmetns that gets the most calls for crime and theft. Everytime I've called, they say how sorry they are that I had to live there. Of course rent is cheap.....this is the worst area of town and the only people who live here are the uneducated drugged out losers or illeagls. I only lived here because I was going to college and couldn't afford anything else. Thank god for an education, now I live in at Dakota Hill in Valley Ranch where the losers who can't afford to live here are weeded out.

i agree with the last two responces. you half to be out of your mind! maby u live in another hillcrest apt cus u cant possibly be talking about the one in irving. this place is hell and if you want your life to end quick then live here but if you want to stay alive run run run run run for your life!!!!!!

I have to agree with the previous 2 responses. These apts are a pig sty. I moved here 2 years ago out of neccesity. Nothing is ever fixed properly. Roaches are every where and their exterminating service is a joke, plus there was major drug bust there just a few weeks ago.
