As with most of the reviews mine is not a good one. It just seems they don't' want to put any money into the maintenance and repair of the apartments even upon request of it's tenants. It's been 4 months and i'm already out there looking for a new place to move i hate to break my lease after the $300 deposit i had to give for this ---- hole but nothing gets fixed. My oven has been broking for a month now when they came to fix it the first time they actually broke the broiler with was the only thing working at the time. The stove stopped working temporarily and who knows when it will go out again. The kitchen and bathroom counters are painted over with wall pain instead of being replaced, the bathroom had gum on the floor when i moved in and hair as well as the drain was severely clogged.

The worst problem being the oven was also the fridge. A month after moving in i noticed it was infested with bugs, i'm pretty sure they just took the fridge out of an apartment that they were preparing for least and gave it to me and put mine in theirs, at least the hauled it of the same direction as i had to chase after them to get my ice bucket out of the freezer.

a pipe broke and backed up into the apartments that was gross, they let the line out onto the ground and didn't clean up the debris for several weeks, that included toilet paper and other nasty stuff. Now there is a used condom laying just off the sidewalk.

they don't keep up the laundry facilities. the one i went to just after moving in had one washer working and no dryers

It floods when it rains and there is always water leaking onto the sidewalks from somewhere.

My b/f car was stolen not a week after i moved in and i don't even feel safe getting something from my car after dark. Not to mention our Neighbors are always fighting and though the walls are paper thin they live 2 apts down.
