poor management

I have lived here for 3 years. New managment came with new owners 1 year ago. The new management is incompetent, greedy, and uncaring.
In the 3 years living here I never had a problem with unavailable parking spots, yet the new management implemented a towing policy that is completely unnecessary. The visitors parking is very often occupied by residents, with resident-parking at the lot extremities left empty. It was from one of these extremity parking spots a very good friends car was towed which cost $165 to recover.
Upon leasing the management agreed to never accept any packages for me, yet in 2004 they did accept a package, retained it for 5 weeks without informing me they had it, and then sent it back to the shipper. To this day I have neither received compensation nor an apology for their mess-up.
I have requested many times for certain maintenance items to be addressed, and while the major items were taken care of very quickly other less critical things (water damage, a broken window, and a dry rotting baseboard) were never corrected.
The property is easier on the budget than my previous apartment, but the trade-off of very poor management is not worth the saved money in my opinion.
