Irving Oaks Apartments

A sewer is better than this place From: essex23 Date posted: 6/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   This is quite possibly the worst of the worst. This "community" is trash plain and simple. the management team of maintenance husband and manager wife care nothign about getting anythign done. My partment is absolutely infested to bugs and roaches and after numerous complaints they will not do anything about it. They have had a laundry list of things needing to be tended to or repaired/replaced in my apartment for the better part of the year and have yet to do a single one of them. The water pipes constantly back up in almost every unit, the neighbors are noisy, they love towing cars wether you are a resident or not, and if you ever have even the slightest verbal arguement with the manager she loves to threaten to evict you for harrassment and call the police on you. I've never been so appauled at the lack of human decency and concern as I have been for this woman. Do yourself a favor, if you have the desire to check this place out, check into a mental hospital for merely thinking about it.
