	THESE APTS ARE LARGE AND VERY NICE INSIDE, BUT THE PIPES ARE A PROBLEM THEY ARE ALWAYS BACKING UP, MGRMENT DO NOT FIX IT, THE POOL IS ALWAYS CLOSE, ALONG WITH THE LEASING OFFICE. POOR MANAGMENT AND OWNER
