I lived here approx two years ago. At that time the leasing office showed me and my roommate at that time the property. There was a broken hot tub in the gym area they said was going to get fixed, and the gates were also going to be repaired, or the were going to implement another gate system. I later moved out after the six month lease and none of the above items were repaired like promised. Then I decided to return to the property a few months ago, (two years later) and STILL none of the items have been repaired. The garbage situation is just disgusting. We have ONE dumpster for the whole complex and on weekends the trash just builds up and smells awful. It takes forever to get something repaired. Leasing staff is bearable to deal with, pleasant at best. Parking is ridiculous, if you come in late there is ZERO parking. It's all unassigned and half the time I have to park many buildings over from my apartment. I would not recommend this property.
