Worst apartment experience ever

I'll make this plain and simple so hopefully someone can see my statement as "worst apartment experience ever" is backed by facts.
#1 The parking is horrible. If you arrive home after 10pm, odds are you will be parking on the other side of the complex away from your apartment.
#2 Crime is becoming a problem as I have seen several cars with broken windows or missing all four wheels about 4-5 times in the 9 months I have been here. This has to do with not being a gated community, which it WAS at one point but the company will not replace the gates.
#3 The trash is disgusting! There is ONE dumpster for the entire complex. Trash pickup is ONCE a week which causes the dumpster to constantly overflow. Management has added a fee to the rent because "the cost of trash removal has increased." They also have the nerve to place signs on the dumspster reading "Please place trash in the dumspter, not on or around it." This would be possible if it wasn't FULL 4-5 days of the week. You can imagine what this smells like in the heat of Texas.
Now for the rundown of things that have gone wrong in my apartment.
#1 Brown water for weeks due to sediment build-up in hot water heater (unable to fix until it broke... read further)
#2 Toilet broke, took two days to fix. Thank God I had a 2 bedroom/2 bath!
#3 Faucet handle in shower stripped and broke off.
#4 Line to ice maker burst and flooded kitchen.
#5 Dishwasher flooded kitchen twice, and also had problems with it clogging.
#6 Hot water heater ruptured, 3" standing water in kitchen and leaked down to the second floor (from 4th floor). Water damage to pantry, laundry room, hall closet and carpet but at least there was no more brown water episodes after this!
#7 There are several holes under the eaves of various buildings where birds can get into and nest. Approximately 3-4ft in size.
#8 Numerous spots of water damage on ceiling from recent heavy rains. One week and several calls later, still no visit to inspect them.
#9 Kitchen faucet literally blew off the base causing a 4ft fountain of water to get all over the kitchen, carpet, computer and tv.
