Maintenance is terrible, ripoff

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
The maintenance is terrible. The hot Tub has not been hot in last few years. One hot tub has been empty for at least 2 years. The security is big problem as it is non existent. Trash is big problem. Barbecue grill have not worked on gas for at least 2 years and a rat jumped out of one last week when opened. The electric bill for a 600sq ft just went to $130 and management only explanation is it is hot in Texas. Real problem is bad maintenance on A/C.
