First let me follow up on the person's comment dated 7/15/2004. After their wheels were stolen from his/her vehicle, the apartment had the balls (sorry) to place a bright orange "vehicle will be towed" sticker on this vehicle. Talk about unsympathetic. They are billigerant about the oddest items.

Moving on, they recently have started to charge for trash but do not have the dumpster emptied any more than pre-trash charging days. So the additional fees are put towards '''' And they recently placed a sign near the dumpster that instructs you to place your trash in the dumpster, not around it. This would be possible if the dumpster wasn't full over 80% of the time.

They are inept at typical apartment repairs. The NEW management staff needs an attitude adjustment. They forget that they provide us a service for our rent; not that we, the residents, should cater to their unprofessionalism. Three of my neighbors have moved out in the last two months and cited that they were severely unhappy with the management and that they found complexes nearby with the same amenities for the same price or less (and hopefully without the unprofessional management staff). I am leaving this place as soon as my lease is up and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR RESIDENCE.
