They're good, but don't take first floor apartments next to creek

They have great customer service and their maintenence is very responsive. I wouldn't reccomend moving into the first floor apartments next to the creek. Somehow bugs seem to find their way in to the apartment. I've heard this from my neighbors too. Also, be sure to secure your car in the parking lots. Contrary to appearances, this community is NOT gated. I've had my car broken into and car stereo stolen. Many others have also had their cars vandelized. But overall, the apartments don't rip you off, you get free covered parking, and lots of other free amenities.
