Used to be a nice place

Initially moved in because of the great deal I got on the place. Parking can be difficult as spaces are not assigned, not even covered parking. People do leave their trash out one or two days before it's picked up, apparently ignoring management's request to keep it inside until the day of pick up. It's not gated, which you would think would be a minus, but there have only been a couple of incidences here of car break-ins. The views are great if you live creek side. Be forewarned, the walls and floors are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors walking as well as their water running down the pipes in the walls through your apartment. Insulation is another issue as your heating bill will most likely be higher than your cooling bill, mine is usually 50% to 80% higher in the winter because of cold air leaking through the patio door and windows. Overall not a bad place to live for the area, and because of the proximity to Microsoft and Nokia, there are a lot of foreign neighbors. However, I will be moving at the end of my lease. I prefer a complex with a little less foreign influence.
