Jefferson Creek is a total rip off and I would not advise anyone to live here.
The apartments look decent but are not worth the money. The office team are
total jerks and try to scam and leach every penny they
possibly can. The maintenance team is sub par and as soon as they fix something it breaks down again. The insulation and sealing of the apts suck
so theres always weird looking bugs all over the place and the so-called
exterminations are a total bust. The water bills constantly go up without any
explanation yet they have the sprinklers on at least 80 percent of the day. My
lease is about up (thank God) and i will not be returning to Jefferson Creek

Totally agree!! My water bill is almost $40 in the summer. I am single and most of the time, I stay in the company and outside.
