It looks much better when you're touring the place then when you actually move in. However, it is an apartment complex that's been in use for 15 years so you have to consider that. The walls are paper thin and don't even think about getting an apartment with a wal next to a set of stairs. You hear people stomp up and down all night long. There are ants and little roaches on a pretty regular basis despite clean areas and repeated spraying. Car alarms sound all of the time and you hear constant slamming through the walls. Management is great and appear to be very helpful. Great neighbors!! It's neither good not bad, just apartment life.
