Several Issues

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
- Not enough parking spaces - because it is not assigned
- apartments are old and out-side areas are dirty
- When I moved in, I filled the move sheet and have to call additional 5 times to have the issues resolved.
- Before you move out, make sure to have someone from the office doing a walk in the apartment with you. I trusted them doing that themselves and they now are charging for carpet damages which is impossible. They will try to keep your deposit for simple excuses...
- Not secure at all.
