I am a current tenant. There have been too many vandalism cases in last two months. One neighbor reported his BMW convertible fabric was cut with a knife twice last month. Rear glass of my car was broken last night. I had the same car broken about six months back.

The management does not seem to acknowledge the problems.

I will have to move out before my lease is over.

Do not move in here if you can find ANY alternative.

We are planning to fill the application to move in. So should we drop the plan ?

I'd suggest you evaluate your options first. It is true that there have been an increase in vandalism lately. Management issued a notice about car theft and break-in couple of weeks back. Check out other nearby apartments before you make your decision.
