These apartments have a great location, but they are not well maintained, and not very secure. I personally have had to complain to the management about water quality, insects, a/c, and other minor things more often in a one year period than I've had to while living in other complexes for several years. Parking is covered but too tight for full size vehicles and there are not enough spaces to go around most nights. This property is ungated and unpatrolled. I would avoid this one.
