This complex is in need of some MAJOR Management and Structural refurbishment. The management (customer service) is absolutely terrible, particularly one lady (management). The apartments are cramped, we had several bathroom leaks, toilets & showers, fireplace leaked (actually, poured water), ants are a major issue, A/C & Heating is weak, Major appliances are 20 years old. Pool is decent, but hot tub is always luke warm. The entrance (2x4s) are a joke! Trash pick-up is a joke, and the smell of rotting food gets quite old after a few days. Overall, the property NEEDS work done to it! For what you will pay in this area, do NOT settle for this property.
